Today we received an update from Nicky at CHI.  They have found out that Jenna's birthmother passed away back in August  2005 and that the birthfather is no where to be found.  A police report has now been sent to the DIA and we are back at step 2.  Thuy told Nicky that she believes we will travel before the end of the year.  I am just hoping that it doesn't take us another 5 months to get from step 2 to a travel date with just one document (the police report). 

Thank you for all of the prayers, please just one more.....that our document goes from the DIA to the department of justice QUICKLY!  Hopefully we will be able to have Jenna home to celebrate her 3rd birthday on December 22!
