Today is Daddy's birthday. We had a great time helping mommy mix a cake for him. We got to pour in the ingredients. We took turns holding the mixer. Mommy had to finish up and pour it into the pan. But we spread the batter around until it was perfect. Of course we had to test the batter..in case it wasn't right! It was fun watching it bake in the oven. Mommy iced it while we took our naps. Then we got to decorate it with all the goodies we got....like toy motocycles, candy and candles!! We ate some of the goodies too (don't tell daddy).

Grandma came for supper. We had chicken parmesan, it was good but we were waiting for the cake! Finially mommy brought it to the table. Daddy lit the candles and we sang "happy birthday". He made a wish then we helped him blow out his candles.

It was a fun day. Hope it was a good one daddy!
