Today was a great day to be outside. It was the warmest day so far this year. The girls were having a great time playing when suddenly it started to thunder off in the distance. I didn't think it was going to rain until after dark, so I was surprised. Of course, I had just hung laundy on the line to dry! Anyway, the thunder got louder and louder, and Lindy got scared! I tried to tell them that it was only God talking! But that didn't seem to matter. Eventually it started to rain and I encouraged them to get out in it. Boy, they had a good time chasing eachother and splashing around. Lots of squeeling and laughter! It sure brought back some childhood memories for me.

David had went for a motorcycle ride, so he came home soaked too. Molly & Lindy thought this was so funny!! So daddy and the girls played tag in the rain for a little bit before they decided to wash on the car. Everyone  was wet anyway. The rain had quit by then so it was now fun to get sprayed with the hose by mommy.

We ended the day with a weiner roast and a ice cream sunday.
